monthly output. The biggest mould can be reached
2300 mm long, 1600 mms wide, weigh up to 30tons
of large-scale moulds . The tiniest mould can
be reached 150mm long, 150mm wide. The design
group with more than 20 people, possess the
mould and make necessary CNC milling machine
at present, CNC EDM machine, Wire-Cut M/C (Chronic
wire cut) etc.
The molding department has
17 sets molding machines , tonnages are from
40 tons to 800 tons. It sets up and cleanroom;
central feeding material system; robot; automatic
production equipment etc, Incorporate spray-paint,
printing ultrasonic and production setting lines.
