Company registered capital is 2,000,000 dollars, area of factory building is 10000 square meters, 300 staff. Engaged in accurate mold design of plastic, manufacturing and plastic injecting mainly. Tailekom really dedicate to the mould manufacturing with advanced Hi-Tech machinery equipment. Tailekom has ISO No. 9001:2008 certification, it adopts modernized management modes; implement overall strict quality control and service system.

The monthly output is 70 sets molds, the entire group may reach 200 sets. The biggest mould may reach long 2400 mm, extend 1500 mm, again reaches 45 tons large-scale molds. The minimum size of mould may achieve long 150mm, extend 150mm the precision mold. The design group with more than 20 people, possess the mould and make necessary CNC milling machine at present, CNC EDM machine, Wire-Cut M/C (Chronic wire cut) etc.

The molding department has 17 sets injection machines which can mould parts from 10 grams up to 4500 grams, tonnages are from 45 tons to 1000 tons. And the establishment clean-room workshop, central material feeding system, robot equipment and so on mechanical arm, the collection painting, the printing ultrasonic, merchant of production integration the production line, make OEM for the general customers, service ODM. In order to cater to the customer high quality requirement, the company has 3D coordinate measurement at present, 2D projector, the aberration measured metering equipment to support quality control.
